[ back to top ] Visitor InformationVisitor Instruction for PERCIVIA One Hampshire Street, Cambridge MA PERCIVIA is located through the left entrance of the One Hampshire Street building on the fifth floor. The main front lobby doors are open between the hours of 7AM to 7PM Monday through Friday. Upon arrival the visitor should report to the security staff at the reception desk where a PERCIVIA telephone is located. The visitor must inform their contact person by cell or the PERCIVIA telephone to inform them that they are on site. The PERCIVIA contact person will make arrangements to meet the visitors downstairs. PERCIVIA’s reception desk is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. If a visitor is arriving to the building outside of these hours, arrangements with the contact person will need to be made. All visitors must be greeted by their on-site contact, sign in, and receive a brief visitor orientation. Lobby Phone Lift the receiver and dial zero. You will be given the option to select from the company directory, if you know your parties extension, you can dial it directly. Otherwise dial zero to call the main reception number which is staffed between the hours of 9-5.
